Shopify and other third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Michael Toronto is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides technology and infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through Michael Toronto are transactions between you and RLR Ventures LLC, operating as Michael Toronto.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Michael Toronto and is not responsible for fulfilling your order or handling obligations arising directly from the sale between you and us.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
